We want you to love everything you order from Luna Belle. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our Help & Questions page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: intimates, swimwear, and any items marked as final sale.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost.
